Born in a Brahmin family, Shri Yogiraj Balram Sharan left his home at a tender age of 12 years and went to Ayodhya. In Ayodhya, he aquired the knowledge of Vedas, Upanishads, Ramayana and Bhagvadgita under the noble guidance of Shri 108 Maithalisharanji. He kept constantly in touch with noble saints of Ayodhya and enhanced his wisdom about the impact ‘Dharma’ in common man’s life.The journey into the world of yoga began from his home and his father was his first Guru. But his crave for learning (vocational call) could not hold him long at one place.
